Standard Dispute Fees
Mahalo endeavors to provide the best support possible for our customers and will liaise with our Processor to minimize queries, chargebacks and refund requests from your customers / payors. However, from time to time such queries, chargebacks, refunds etc are inevitable but Mahalo will only charge you what our Processor charges directly with NO additional mark-up.

| Chargeback Fee | $35.00 | Fee passthrough and applied by the processor when a previous Payor disrupts a payment made to you. |
| Additional charges | $15.00 | Fee passthrough and applied by the processor when a previous Payor asked to retrieve information regarding a previous payment made to you. |
| Chargeback Reversal Fee | $15.00 | Fee passthrough and applied by the processor when a previous chargeback raised by a Payor is cancelled and the money is reimbursed to you. |
| Arbitration Fee | $35.00 | Fee passthrough and applied by the processor when a previous chargeback raised by a Payor is disputed. |
